Voting polls will be opened 30 minutes before contractual time, during lunch periods and for 30 minutes after the contractual day ends.
- All persons seeking to vote in any Association election may be checked for membership at the time of voting.
- Voting will be by secret ballot and a sealed ballot box will be provided at each work site. Every ballot that is cast will be counted at Lawrence High School (but only by members of the Elections Committee). One observer per candidate may be present at the counting of the ballots. (Name of observer and alternate observer must be submitted by the candidate in writing to the Elections Committee prior to voting). Committee members are to report immediately after the voting closes.

They will have until 30 minutes after their contractual day ends to forward their vote back to Bonnie. Emails received after the election is closed (by ballot or email) will not be counted.
